This program is best designed to prepare our students for elementary routines, where they will be introduced to daily experiences that ensure children are ready for kindergarten socially, emotionally, and academically. Children who participate in TK simply have more time to learn and grow in a school setting than those who go straight into the typical Kindergarten classroom. This time allows the children to grow the social and emotional skills that are so necessary in the classroom.
